Your item will be shipped within 1 business days of purchase. If you buy an item that is pre-order, the goods will be shipped after the 10-14 business days.

Are there shipping restrictions on any items Ms Vintage Bag sells?

All items are available until marked “Sold”.
If you’re a buyer from Taiwan, then all prices you see on the site are inclusive of taxes and customs duties. You will never be asked to pay additional charges. If you’re a buyer from other countries, you will need to pay the taxes, but don’t need to pay the delivery fee.

Ms Vintage Bag work with our boutique partners to provide as much detail as possible about their products, including precise measurements, in addition to basic size labels. You can filter your product search results by size and most products include measurement details in their descriptions. There is also a size reference guide attached to each product. Where product measurements are missing or if there is a specifc measurement that you would like to check, please contact us at info@msvintagebag.com and we will do all we can to get you the information. If you need to have some idea of oufit, we will provide some idea of it.

All of our handbags have been authenticated either by our in-house or third-party experts, that verify authenticity by the indicators of serial numbers, date codes, stitching, quality, hardware, and other unique designer identifiers.

How can I tell the condition of the item?
We strive for complete transparency when accurately describing each item. Each handbag is thoroughly photographed from every angle and includes verbal descriptions. We are happy to provide more photos or videos of an item upon request via our Instagram, @MsVintageBag. Keep in mind, we specialize in vintage designer pieces, which can range from pristine to fair condition. Please refer to our Condition Guide that we use to accurately describe each item.

（Ａ）Excellent: Has no obvious flaws in appearance, but may have little to no wear.
（ＡＢ）Great: Well-maintained with very minimal evidence of handling (minor stains, corner wear, etc) but no major flaws or wear.
（Ｂ）Fair/Used: Apparent stains or wear; not perfect in appearance but the integrity of the item is intact.
